Work method
The agreed upon sum of money should be sent on my paypal address once I complete a sketch the customer is satisfied with [sketch I]. When the payment is sent, work on the piece will continue. After that, regular updates will be provided via preferred communication platform (discord is probably the best option).
In case of any slowdowns I will notify the client as soon as possible, as I do this out of love for the craft and not as a full time job. If asked I can provide an ETA for piece completion.
Important: Edits in the sketch phases are free, beyond that point they will incur and additional charge (+25% for lines +50% for colors and beyond). If the edit is a mistake on my part (forgetting markings or missing some details in the reference material) the fix is free.

Completion
Upon completion the customer will receive a watermarked and an unwatermarked version of the image, which they may post wherever they wish (with appropriate crediting), and use however they want within the limits of all permissions listed. As the images' author, I have the right to use the watermarked images for any posts on my socials or portfolios.Refunding
A refund can be requested at any time for any reason. Full refund will be provided if I haven't progressed onto the lineart or don't have much of it completed, 50% refund if the lineart is done or near completion and 25% if I've moved onto coloring. No refund is provided beyond this point or in case of dissatisfaction with a completed piece. The same applies in case I realize I won't be able to complete an order for any reason.

Other
♥ Having any sort of reference is a must. It doesn't have to be a full reference sheet but do your best to provide at least some sketches, heroforge models, photos, anything. I can't read your mind and it's much easier to communicate visually with these things.
♥ The more details and references you provide the better! Obviously it's okay to want to leave something to me to think of, but communication is key here.
♥ Want me to make you a sticker or some printable design requiring certain parameters? Tell me in advance, adjusting this in the sketch phase is free of charge (size, color settings,...).
♥ Anything not listed in the prices section you wanted? I'm open to discuss the details and price with you.
♥ You must be 18+ to commission me

If for any reason I feel that I can't or won't work on a piece I have the right to decline.The client may not use the commission for resale purposes (selling the piece as stickers, prints, etc.), NFTs, anything blockchain related as well as AI training without my permission.Anyone breaching these terms of service will be denied further commission requests.
